We are looking for a Head Grower and assistant manager for our well established wholesale nursery in Mount Vernon, Washington. We grow shade and flowering trees, Japanese Maples, woody ornamentals, conifers, grafted conifers, perennials and groundcovers. The nursery consists of 140 acres of growing grounds, which includes 30 acres of container yard and greenhouses and the balance in the field. We are located in the beautiful Skagit Valley overlooked by Mount Baker and the Skagit River to the east and Puget Sound to the west. Recreation opportunities abound including salt and fresh water fishing and boating, hiking, camping, mountains and a major ski resort close by. This area is a sportsman’s paradise and a great place to raise a family. Parent company has been in business for over 45 years and the nursery has been operating for in this location for about 25 years.
